1- Management

• Coordinating and managing the different services and officers in real time
• Telephone hotline for clients
• Overseeing on-site services and ensuring any absences are replaced immediately

2- Alarm:

• Receiving notification of intrusion and fire alarms
• Coordinating interventions in response to alarms
• Responding to alarms with the Police Department

3- Field:

• Providing backup to teams in the field
• Informing the police or fire departments in real time
• Mobile patrols in Monaco and the surrounding area, geolocation
• Protecting isolated workers for certain clients
